3/4 Day Trip

Over all our 3/4 day fishing trip was very disappointing. I’m not sure if we just had a very unlucky day or if the crew didn’t pick a good spot. Never got a chance to touch a fishing pole over a six hour trip. Crew and boat were nice enough and they did provide some food and beverages. Overall an expensive boat ride.

Hello Steven the day you went weather was pretty rough and the fishing was not good that day with the 20kt wind not many fish were caught by any of the other local boats that even attempted to go out in the weather It was just a tough day fishing and that happens to even the best of Capt and crews Theres never a guarantee you will catch fish all you can do is try your best to make it happen

My husband and I have fished our whole life. We live in Florida and go on charters monthly. We had the worst experience on this charter. Not only did we not catch a single fish but after 3 hours of incredibly rocky water and no fish we got incredibly sea sick. And we have our sea legs. They took us very far out despite the 8+ foot swells. They did not warn us about the water conditions and it would be forgiven if they able to put us on fish. NO FISH were caught. We have been on over 20 charters... More

We are sorry you had a poor experience and I have discussed this with the crew and I was told by the captain that he spoke to your husband about the weather and his response was you are seasoned fishermen and you can handle the seas sorry you both got seasick and the sea were not 8 ft as you stated but more like 5 ft and you were only 6 miles offshore I checked the GPS and it’s kinda hard to believe you haven’t been on a trip you didn’t catch fish, everyone has bad days and today was bad for everyone not many fish were caught not just our boat that’s why it’s called fishing not catching you can check all our reviews and they are contrary to what you say you experienced
Again sorry you had a poor experience I hope the rest of your stay in CR is pleasant Pura Vida!
