1.  Easy to communicate with. 2.  Boat and tackle was in perfect shape, all poles were rigged up well, with no issues. 3.  Caught the fish we were hoping to catch - three 20+ lb king (chinook) salmon.  Also caught a coho and some steelhead.  4.  Randy’s first mate Jackson did a great job helping us land fish and answering questions about the fish - hatchery vs wild, life cycle. 5.  Offered to clean the catch, freeze it, and ship it home for us - very generous! The weather was good and we tried at least 4 different areas searching for the elusive Walleye. Water temp was 67 degrees in general. We didn’t catch any walleyes but it wasn’t due to lack of effort. Randy had the knowledge, very nice boat and tackle. We did catch a ton of large sheepshead, perch and Silver perch. We tried dead rigs, planner boards, spinners and crankbaits! Shallow water as well as down to 23’ to no avail. I would schedule another trip with Randy next time down there!

Was on Green Bay for 6 hours today walleye fishing with Captain Randy Wagner.  Despite being windy with 2+ surf, we enjoyed the morning and easily caught my limit.  Randy knows walleye fishing, and his rig is great for 1 - 3 fishermen.  He helps pass the time with great stories of his previous career in law enforcement.
