We still caught some nice fish despite the conditions being less than ideal.

Randy had a great combination of fishing ability, story telling, and adaptability to our idea of a good time on the lake. He can clearly accommodate serious fishermen or a anniversary trip couple just goofing off like we were.

Day 1 was productive with walleyes ranging from 16 to 22 inches! Cap was always working to find fish and very personable.  Day 2 was very windy and a struggle from get-go. We did hook an approximately 30” wally but lost it at the edge of the net. Waves started to 5 to 7 ft. so we had to bail. Overall, it was a great time, have filets in the freezer,  and highly recommend Big Country Charters!
