super confused after speaking with your captain.
captain says the guys thanked him all day long while you were catching mahi & tuna. he said you were either hung over or had taken to much dramine.
in fact he was so worried about you
he questioned one of the guys that stated you took to much dramine

you gave our company a poor review then stated you didn’t want to go in detail.
that is unfair to our readers , your captain and our company.
i have attempted to call you and have left messages on both numbers you had provided to us. you have yet to respond.
this is what i know from our records.
you were scheduled for a 4 hour afternoon 1/2
day on august 21, 2019
in your booking request your comments were as follows
“ going with two grandsons 18 and 15 years old. need to be instructed. don’t care what we catch or how big as long as we catch fish!!!! never seem to have much luck and is discouraging on few times. read about underwater “swamp “ with lots of fish. “

we spoke one week before your trip where you expressed concern about weather and about fishing . you again mentioned “swamp”
at which time i told you we don’t have any swamp in the florida keys. and the nearest swamp is a 126 miles called the everglades.
you stated you just want my grandsons to catch some fish and have a good time.
you expressed concern again the day of your trip so we moved your trip to friday the 23rd to a 1/2 day morning in a attempt to get you out in better
weather.
friday you and your grandsons went out fishing on our brand new 2019 state of the art hybrid boat. with a veteran professional captain.  you caught yellow tail snapper mangrove snapper yellow jacks barracuda and sharks
all on a 4 hour trip.
not sure why you were disappointed
