Capt Javier and mate Alfredo were great!  Nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we didn’t catch any fish but they kept trying.  We were able to go snorkeling at the reef and that was beautiful. Saw many stingrays, a ton of fish and a cat shark.

The weather was very pleasant, the boat captain was very attentive, they have snorkeling equipment available for children, there were enough drinks, they cooked the catch of the day for us in a restaurant on the beach (additional cost) it was excellent, we will definitely return .

Booked a 4 hour charter with Captain Javier & 1st mate Raymond.  I was hoping on being a little more involved with setting the hook when line yanked from outrigger.  You basically just reel the fish in which is still fun when the fish give you a fight.  Overall a good experience for under $300 US.

We did catch fish and that’s most important. The boat is not what you expect when “Chartering” as fishing trip (think the Somali pirates’ boat that took Tom Hanks’ ship), and the crew does not speak English. They are polite and do try. We caught barracuda and yellow snapper and paid less than the other guys for the 2 of us to go fishing. We had fun and saved money.
