Welcome to Retriever Charters, my name is Capt. Connor Brown and I hope to meet you out on my boat for a great day on the water! I have grown up fishing the coast of New Jersey from Cape May to Brigantine! My father has been a great mentor teaching me how to be successful fishing these coastal waters. Now I get to share that wealth of knowledge by showing others how great the fishing on our coast lines are. I earned my Captains License in 2019, since then I have been running charters as Captain during the summers under different company's in Brigantine and Atlantic City NJ. In May 2023, I graduated from Penn State with a degree in outdoor recreation, tourism, and park management. I believe my education and skillset will be the right pick for your day on the water! In my free time I enjoy fly fishing for any species fresh or saltwater game fish. Also, I have a great passion in waterfowl hunting and love to spend my winters duck hunting with my golden retriever “Hunter”. Cant wait to see you out on the water!
