Hi all, Booked an afternoon charter with Capt Dale from Twilight Fishing Charters on 29 Mar 2025. We spent a great morning out on the Bay. We departed a bit late - a deliberate move to make our trip more pleasant, as the wind was dropping as we started. Unfortunately the fish weren’t playing the game but three of us still had a great time. Dale is a 100% top bloke who knows his stuff, communicates well and spent the whole time trying to chase the action for us. Booked Dale for a morning charter for my son and I. What an adventure! Bit quiet on the bite early but Dale kept positive and moving around until we hit a bounty of King George Whiting. Thoroughly enjoyed the small craft one on one catered experience. A confident, safe navigator and a sharp, educated angler who was very enthusiastic about us getting a bag. Despite only getting one fish on the day, it was a great trip all round & Captain Dale worked hard to make the trip a memorable day out. Definitely will book another trip

We had the best time !!! Started with perfect weather and a phone call from Dale (Capt) who was very flexible.  We first fished for snapper and flathead, not a good time of year for snapper but got a flathead, and then we saw Aust Salmon surfacing, so we chased them with lures which was great fun … ended up with 5 salmon!! Lastly we headed off to fish for King George Whiting, it’s was sunset and the tides were changing .. so we landed a lazy 40 whiting before calling it a night !!!
