Very sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations.and we take your coments with great concern.
You know, it is sometimes very difficult to make customers happy when the fish is not there and this can make the journey very long and boring when you did not meet any bite.
I am pretty sure that thing would be diferent it the fish where there but unfortunately this is out of our contrlol and would say an act of god.
