Capt Mike was only concerned with us having the best trip possible. We caught 11 fish today (including 2 large stingrays) and he wanted us to catch even more and better fish. Took us to a number of locations and explained everything. We needed to know about the local waters.  Capt Mike rocks!

My son and I booked a morning trip for inland river fishing due to high winds. Michael was a very knowledgeable guide that is really in tune with where to fish and how! I had no idea how many species of fish that are in the same river let alone the rules that protect them. We ended up catching Mangrove Snapper, Sheephead and Black Drum. Michael filleted them and our family devoured them for dinner that evening! Hopefully we meet again 🐠🎣

Captain Mike was early, ready, and welcoming, so the trip started off great. I told him I wanted to catch fish until my kids felt like they had been in a fight, in a phone booth. (For those that remember what one of those is.) We started off at a couple of spots that were less than action-packed so Capt. Mike changed areas quickly to put us on fish. We started small but had fun putting mostly Trout and Reds in the boat. Not once did I have to unhook a fish and Capt. Mike had bait on our hooks in seconds whenever it was needed.

As Capt. Mike explained, we were going to end the trip big….and we ended the trip big, and getting bigger everytime my son recounts the dasterdly details of his personal “White Whale,” the dreaded Black Tip shark! (I have told him it is his stary, but I will correct his blurry details every time, unless he started the story with, “My name is Ishmael.”)
Capt. Mike cared enough about our experience to stay later than called for to let my son fight his shark until he (eventually) landed it next to the boat.

We will be booking additional trips in the future! (Afterall, it’s not over with the shark.) Capt. Mike seemed like a really good guy personally, he cared about his business and the customer’s experience, and we look forward to booking more trips soon!

Captain Mike finally helped end the years long zero fish curse that my brother in law has had hovering over him. We caught several variety fish including Snook, Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Lady Fish, Lizard Fish, and Mangrove Snapper. We also saw many beautiful dolphins. Captain Mike’s eagle eye even spotted Cobia while we were zipping along to another spot. He turned the boat around and found them hanging out! Of all my years fishing I have never seen anything like that! He took us to several different fishing locations to ensure us having dinner. His boat is beautiful and perfectly set up for fishing. He quickly baited all of our lines and removed all our catch. He would change up bait and sinkers according to what was biting. I felt as if I was on a luxury fishing expedition. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of how the fish think, eat, and live. He knows these waters like the back if his hand so if the gush were not biting we would go to another spot. Such a professional and kind human. You will absolutely have the best time with him. I greatly look forward to booking another trip out with him in the future.

Capt. Michael catered to our request to have some secluded beach time and fishing. We caught a variety of species and had some family beach time all in a four hour evening trip!  Capt. Michael is great and made our trip so much fun!  Recommend him to anyone!
