First, let me start by saying the Captain Cody was not only an amazing fishing captain, but also an incredible human being. His laid back personality and patient, yet direct, coaching style made my first tarpon fishing trip so enjoyable I had to book another trip with him 3 days later. Cody was able to identify my strengths and weaknesses as an angler and coach me in the ways of tarpon fishing.

On our first trip out, we literally saw 100s of tarpon, had four hits and got hooks into two of them. We battled the last fish for nearly 30 minutes before breaking off boat side. Cody figured this fish was in the 60-70 lb. class.

Day 2 began with a hit before sunrise. That was followed by 3-4 more hits throughout the morning. I got hooks into 2 of those, battling with one for several minutes before he threw my bait back at me.

Although I didn’t land any fish in the boat, I had an enjoyable time fishing. Captain Cody found the fish and tried a variety of tactics to get them to eat. It just wasn’t in the cards. I would recommend FishNSea Charters to anyone looking to have a great time on the water with an amazing captain.

I/we have spent quite a number of trips with Captain Luis Garcia,  He is truly one of the most quality guys you could ever fish with.  He is relentless in his desire to get you on fish, he is a great teacher, he is affable, and he is a pure joy to be around.  Luis gave us the opportunity to meet his family for some other issues outside of fishing, and if it matters, this guy comes from good roots..I would never consider going with anyone else on a fishing charter given the option to fish with Captain Garcia.  Side note:  If you like country music, this might be your guy.

nothing beats fishing with a great captain! everyone should alway understand you foshing not guaranteed catching.  our captain went way out of his way to make sure our trip would be everything you would want and he definitely did that!  I highly recommend booking with him!!  On a high note we landed a bunch of nice tarpon but would have still enjoyed the trip if we hadn’t. His experience on fishing and explaining his techniques and what to look for was both helpful and well worth knowing.  Even if you’re a first time fisher there is a great chance of landing a fish of a lifetime.  Again Thanks Captain for going way out of your way for us, i hope to be able to fish with you again!!

WOW….. Words can not even expreas how great this trip went. Captain Louis was exceptional. From the time we left the dock to the time we landed, the first fish was mayne 30 min. We had snook, tarpon , jack, and lady fish all around us. Captains Louis is extremely knowledgeable, and you can really see that fishing is truly his passion. We hooked into one of the largest snook I personally have ever seen. My wife and I have been on many fishing charters here over the years and have had some success, but Captain Louis was by far the best. If you are looking for a great experience, you will not go wrong with Captain Louis.  We will definitely be back. Thank you again, Captain Louis.

Best charter in San Juan! Captain Ricardo from FishnSea provided an unforgettable experience, and we caught some amazing tarpon.
