- Capt. Quinn grew up in Northern Michigan fishing his entire life. He quickly found a passion for chasing migratory and non-migratory fish throughout Lake Michigan and its' numerous tributaries. Capt. Quinn worked on Lake Michigan charter boats from the age of 15 to 21 and bought his first river boat at age 16. Over the past decade Capt. Quinn has developed a particular skill set for chasing salmon, steelhead, trout and smallmouth throughout Lake Michigan's tributaries. After receiving his degree in Finance from Grand Valley State University he decided this was a skill set that he wanted to share and opened up Ripple Effect Guide Service for business.
