What would you recommend to anglers fishing in La Fortuna, Alajuela for the first time?

Fishing in the area is much better in the dry seanon. But we tried our luck and ended up with a few good fish and a great memory.

Weather during the rainy season is not ideal for fishing in Lake Arenal, although we still managed to catch a few!

Uber from town is very affordable if you do not have transportation. views of the Volcano from on the water are better than anywhere else you will find.

Don’t have anything else to compare it to. Heather was ok at times and it would occasionally rain.

Absolutely, it’s a smaller boat but perfect for anglers , I rook my wife as well and she loved it

Absolutely…such a great place to fish some species that are unique and the surrounding environment is like out of a post card. Would highly recommend this if you travel to Costa Rica
