What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Kent, New York for the first time?

Go out in the morning, we caught fishing but they really weren’t feeding that afternoon. We went over a lot of fishing but again they weren’t really feeding. Maybe you’ll get lucky like I did and catch a Atlantic Salmon, the Captain told me that catching one of those is really rare. Make sure you bring out some water and an ice chest with some ice in it. Other then that have a great time. It’s worth it.

Never expect to catch and be pleasantly surprised when you do. Seems to be a great time to fish in that area.

The area has many seasons targeting different species but from what I’ve seen, it’s a top tier fishery for trout and salmon and any David angler should try to get out on the water here.

I had to stay overnight. There is a small motel in Albion, NY. The next town (South) is Batavia NY and there are several chain hotels there.
