What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Perdido Key, Florida for the first time?

If the boat has an upgrade do it the boat we had originally picked would have carried us but only 8-9 miles off shore we upgraded for a small fee and went 15-20 miles it was more than worth it!

Spring time you need to get a charter boat for sure and get on the sheepshead. Very tough fish to catch but lot of fun when you get ahold of one.

Take advice from a captain at all times and be patient . Enjoy the experience and if you take a few back it’s a bonus !

Great spots but pay attention to the weather when you book. It was much cooler than we thought it was going to be. The water temp dropped to 56 degrees and slowed the bite down.
