What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Sodus Point, New York for the first time?

Brown are there early in the morning and if the water has color.If the water is to clear browns are tough to crach but there are other fish to fish for such like lake trout.You never know what is going to be on the end of your line when reeling it in.That's the fun of fishing this place.

The fish weren't really biting. We had a few bites but didn't reel anything in. Probably a little late in the season for salmon.
