What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Fair Haven, New York for the first time?

definitely go with screwy Louis and also he has cabins for rent, which were awesome. Also a package deal you can’t beat it nowhere

The fish just weren’t there like they would be earlier in the morning or late at night. As the water gets warmer they go away. We caught one lake trout and had one other salmon on but he got away.

Be prepared for changes in the weather which could effect your fishing. Trust the Captains!

It could save you some time if you get your fishing license before you get there.
