We left the dock at 9:00 AM for a two-hour trip. It eas 75 degrees, blue sky and 10mph SW wind. Within 5 minutes of dropping the first line, we caught a flounder, then a Kingfish, then Sand-Sharks, then a flounder…lots of fun with catching and some misses for this group of hard-working first-timers. As far as fishing trips go, this was about as good as it gets, in everyway.

We started this morning and it was 58 degrees! ? Headed out to the ocean and caught fish; came inside and caught fish. We watched several boats head out to the reefs, only to return 45 minutes later and fish inside. Water is clearing up, but it’s far from clear. So, switching up baits is important.
