The live bait fishing has been great these past weeks and this week has been no different. Sometimes trolling is a bust and if thats the case you better have plenty of bait in the livewell. We have been catching mahi, king mackerel, bonita, rainbow runners, and snapper on live pilchards. Get on the bite while its hot!

Mahi are starting to move closer to shore and we have been getting a few from 2-5 miles out. Some sailfish around if your lucky enough to get the bite. Also king mackerel, bonita, blackfin tuna, cero mackerel, and snapper have all been good on certain days when conditions are good for them.

The late summer bite here in August has been red hot. If you want to get out there and have an action oacked trip the time is now! Lots of bonitas and king mackerel on the troll and live baits both. Mahi fishing has still been very hit or miss but you can't count them out. Some snapper around as well when the conditions are right.

The trolling bite early morning has been solid with bonitas, king mackerel, barracuda, and if your lucky a wahoo or sailfish. Mahi have been way offshore but not a great bite recently.

The bottom fishing has picked up and there have been a few very quality fish coming up from the deep. Also bonito, king mackerel, and mahi on the troll and some cero,kings, and amberjack caught on live baits.

Lots of action as the bite continues to improve on bonitas, mahi, and snapper. The tuna and mackerel bite has slowed down some but they are always available on the right day.
