Morning bite is hot right now on Lake Travis! Great top water action this morning!

Lake Travis recently caught a bunch of water, and is now 100 percent full! Lots of flooded vegetation to fish and new areas to explore. We started off throwing top water baits and caught several nice bass. Then we switched over to fishing with soft plastic worms and boated several more bass. Beautiful morning on the water!

Bass are eating good right now on Lake Travis!! Best time is from 6am to 9am. Still putting fish in the boat after that but the bite slows down a bit.

Bass fishing is good year round, some seasons are better than others, but I work hard to put every customer on fish and help them improve their knowledge and skills for bass fishing. Right now the morning is the best time to be on the water. Fish are most active, it is cooler, and there is less boat traffic on the lakes.

We did alot of trips for spring breakers over the last 3 weeks. Fishing has been really good! Today Dave and his son Cam and a friend Drew just hammered the bass! They caught 20 plus fish with several bass over 4 lbs.

I had Dave out with me today, and the fishing was excellent!! Non stop action from beginning of the trip to the last spot we fished. Cant beat this weather in Central Texas!
