We are seeing some decent sized Chinook salmon showing up at the Red Can right off Ucluelet. Conditions have been "sporty" some days, with big NW swells and some windy days, but there have been good fish around to make up for the lump. We are also getting halibut trolling just offshore on the Lighthouse Bank, and lingcod are biting inshore as well.

April is upon us and the fishing off of Ucluelet is already excellent! There are lots of good sized lingcod around which are hitting gear trolled close to the bottom, and an abundance of Chinook salmon taking spoons trolled around 100’ deep. Book now to get your chance at some early season action!
