Fresh Fort Pierce Fishing Reports

Apex Predator made it offshore and has been the only charter finding fish while others are striking out. Sailfish, Kingfish and Bonito have all been caught while trolling

Spring Mahi run has started and it will continue to get better as the month goes forward. This time of year is your chance to get lots of meat for the freezer and a trophy. Apex Predator continues to prove why they are to top charter fishing out of Fort Pierce while others are struggling. Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Mahi, Kingfish, Lane Snapper and Triggerfish have filled our clients coolers

Mahi are starting to show up which we are hoping is the beginning of the Spring migration. Most fish are in the 10-15 pound range however we are sure there are some monsters lurking nearby. Wahoo and Bonito are also around as well as some Kingfish. Bite will only continue to get better as the weeks go along and the fronts stop

Apex Predator has had a good week of fishing with the exception of a down day due to weather. We have had some fantastic anglers and what has been hooked has made it to the boat. Here is our report for the week 10 Sailfish releases A few Mahi in the 12-25 pound range Skipjack and Blackfin Tuna Limits of 10-15 pound King Mackerel with some larger fish showing as well A big fat Wahoo We expect this bite to remain consistent for the Winter months and until our big May Mahi run.

Apex Predator fished the last 2 days, both days were fairly good considering the cold fronts that have come through lately. Sailfish action is definitely heating up with 2 releases each day. Mahi are also scattered about with some nice fish being caught. Kingfish bite is on fire with us limited out in 5 minutes. Blackfin and Skipjack Tuna are also present making for a fight and great eating. Fishing should continue to get better the months ahead
