The flounder bite in Palm Coast has been on for me the last few trips. Had 6 today with some fat mangroves and a bunch of the usual suspects.

Had a great morning with these Indiana boys. Had a decent haul of black drum sheepshead flounder and mangrove snapper. Released an unusual amount of shorts? That's fishing

These guys took a day off to go fishing. They took this catch to a local restaurant for a big lunch. These days you have to be prepared to catch a ton of catfish between the more desired reds, trout sea bass and occasional flounder. At least the cats keep you busy. The trout bite is good but, true to summer patterns we caught a bunch of just short trout and sea bass. Good times were had by all.

Still catching lots of nice sheepshead! Biggest one of the day is pictured! Over 20 inches! Then we got into some Pompano and black drum. As we enter into spring, the fishing will just get better and the fish will just keep getting bigger! Book a trip ASAP.

The bull reds were out in force Friday and so were the giant bluefish! They’re here a little early this year, but happy to have them! Made for an aweome day on light tackle! Book a trip and try reeling one of the big dawgs in!

It's a good idea to bring along a brown/glitter artificial swimmer bait (or 2) and a small "rattler" diver lure to try when the Redfish aren't taking live shrimp or mud minnows.
