Trip Summary

As the summer heats up the fish seek cooler Waters whether it's deeper offshore waters that can be several degrees cooler or early morning in the bay. The fish are not much different than us they prefer Temps that are comfortable. We can have fish year round but a general statement is you need to find the cooler water temps and moving water to have the best bite! As a general statement deeper is better! If at all possible avoid fishing midday inside Tampa Bay. June's line August early mornings or best or late evenings tides are also a factor of course. Water's past 75 / 80 ft will definitely be cooler than our Nearshore waters that you can reach on a half day... As always the best time to fish is when you can...Talk to your captain and plan your trips accordingly! One Barracudaville advantage is we have T-top AND a Bimini so you'll have three quarters of the boat in shade! Tight lines! Captain Mark Maloney Barracudaville Charters

Barracudaville Charters is a Federally Permitted 30 ft Dorado. Operated by 3rd Gen. Capt. Mark Maloney.  Having Federal Permits allows us to fish past 9 miles! A "must have" for Offshore. (Typically where the better fishing grounds are.)&nb...
