Trip Summary

The water temps and many boaters makes the fishing harder this time of year but we managed to pop off a few Spotted Bass in deep water brush and some catfish even stepped up.

The afternoon bite os seriously on fire right now. Catching fish after fish. All fish were in the 1lb to 4lb range. Strong fighting fish and lots of action. Book your trip today. A few Spotted Bass and Crappies were also caught in the mix.

We got an early moring start in windy and a misty rain. The bite was slow at first. We missed a few short strikes and some fish spit the hooks like professionals. Soon after we got busy and started catching a few SpottedBass. Then the StripedBass bite picked up. Soon after we had a big Catfish. All in all, we had a geeat day on the water!

Pikerel Fishing is amazing. The bite was non stop. We caught about 25 Pikerel ranging from 12 to 21 inches long weighing about 1/2lb to 2lbs. We caught a few nice eating size Yellow Perch and a few Spotted Bass. This was a customized curated trip to a Ga Mountains Lake. If interested let me know.
