Trip Summary

The musky bite continues to be as good as it gets. Fish are extremely active in the morning hours and they are aggressive!! Bucktails continue to shine, but topwater is getting some bites too!

Nothing like a 3 fish morning! It's so important to take advantage of a weather front when chasing muskies, a drop in pressure when a front is moving in will almost always drive the muskies crazy. This morning was no different!

Weather patterns have been an issue the last week. A warm front and increasing water temperature has slowed the musky activity down, but we're still finding a few active fish that are willing to bite. The incoming cooling trend should help increase the bite as we approach September, I look for September to be an incredible bite. Get your trip booked!
