We fished a half day and landed about a dozen gar on bait and lures, our last run of the day ended up giving us the fish of my clients dreams. She went 6 foot 6 inches and 130 pounds.

We had a slow bite in the morning, we kept a positive attitde and around halfway through the trip the bites started coming one after another. We eneded up with a dozen gar one over six foot and 100 pounds and five over 5 foot long.
