We started a 2 hour trip this morning at 9:00 am and the bite was great we boated 40 Rainbow Trout and 1 Brown in the light sprinkles we had several dubbles and 1 triple hookup with generation running we were bottom fishing.

Today was New Years Eve and I had a 12:30 pm trip today the only request from dad was for his son to catch lots of fish while in Missouri and the Lord was listening. Ezra boated a fish on his first cast on a pink worm and after a few more worm fish i picked up my spoon rod and had a couple of hits that missed on the first cast so i asked Ezra to try the spoon and the rest is history he ended up with putting 100 Trout in my boat and Paul his dad also switched to the spoon he boated 35 for a total of 135 Trout for the day Ezra asked what was the most ever told and I said 90 and that was a 3 person trip total no one person has ever boated 100 he was all smiles to say the least i told him it may never be broken it was his PB for total fish and itwas also my PB as a CAPTAIN and it was awesome to see it done by a young man who loves fishing. The Lord really showed out on the last day of the year Jesus Fish ON ! I give God all the Glory and thank him for this awesome year what a way to end it!

We set a new record Temperature for December again today and the bite was just as hot we started at 11:00 am and with generation running again today we drifted up so nice Rainbow Trout and a small Brown Trout today.
