Sunday salmon

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting a fantastic group from Texas on July 10th. Their primary goal for the day was maximizing action on the water, so we targeted our local shark and ray fishery—hands down one of the most productive and exciting fisheries in California. The action was non-stop; after four hours of continuous catching, the group was completely satisfied and decided to call it a day.

We had a fantastic day on the water today with a steady salmon pick right from the start. The bite was consistent enough that we secured full boat limits for both our guests and the crew, allowing us to head back to the docks early. It was an incredible day of fishing with a great group.

We were firing on all cylinders today! We were hitting on all eight cylinders today. Golden State salmon Association had a fundraiser. I donated a salmon trip. Today, the winners of the winning bid on our salmon trip came out. We ended up with limits of salmon for everyone plus a couple for for Vincent and myself 14 salmon in total. With 5 solid stripers, running from 10-17 pounds we have a few spots left for next Saturday and Sunday. To top it all off, we brought home 5 solid striped bass weighing between 10 and 17 pounds. ?
