RockenReel Sportfishing reporting great action out there right now right in front of Dana Point. 72-73 degree water temps from the Super El Nino 2026 - filling the coolers w/ fresh caught fish. Limits of Bonito, nice keeper Bass, Halibut and a Mako Shark in the mix. Yellowtail and Dorado are the prizes right now. Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo and Marlin are the super prize. All these species of Pelagic fish are in the Cards right now on a 3-12 hour charter. The fish move in and out of our backyard daily. We had a nice Marlin strike 2 miles out today. Local inshore and deepwater sportfishing is all in our 1-12 mile zone right here in Dana Point! - Captain Steve
