Trip Summary

Headed out on a beautiful sunny day in Raritan bay. Anchored up and started out with clam baits but the fishing was slow. Went on the troll and found the fish. Ended the day with keepers to around 30 inches.

Tough trip today with dirty water from the heavy rains. Marked a ton of fish but slow action. But from the amount of fish in the bay, it’s going to be hot fishing when the water clears.

Ran down the beach today for some fluke and seabass action. Fluke were short but the seabass were big. Added some nice size blue fish to the action too.
