Trip Summary

With Tarpon season in full swing its hard to think about anything else that swims. In the last week HEADSHAKER took over all captain 2nd in the Faro Blanco leading teams to 1st, 3rd, and 5th places, Then on the 6th we took Champions at the Islamorada Ladies night Tarpon Tournament. Some great events with some great people. Congrats to my winning teams! The tarpon bite is Hot and I have days (and evenings) open to get you bit! Also, as much as I'm focused on tarpon, there are a ton of other species for sport or dinner fare biting!

Lately the water temps have been spiking moving a lot of the fish around. Still some tarpon remain in the area, many of the permit that were spawing off the reef are making their way back inshore, snappers, cudas and sharks are plentiful. Some snook and trout action in the back sprinkled in with some reds, jacks, and small tarpon. C’mon down! Lets get bit!

Fishing up and down the keys and up to the everglades is wxperiencing a really good bite with a variety. With Tarpon being the hot ticket right now thru June, there is a lot of fun by catch with sharks, cudas, jacks, and grouper. In the backcountry, snook, bonefish, etc are on the chew!
