Bass (Smallmouth)

Trip Summary

Was out on the water every day in September so far except today Little to much rain. Looks like the river is going to be unfishable for a few days but nothing like last month. I should be back on the water Thursday it looks like Florence is staying south of us. If anyone is looking for fantastic Catfishing give me a call as they bite like crazy after a high water event. Last time we fished conditions like this many fish in the 10 pound range were caught. As far as the Smallmouth Fishing Sunday was my last day to target them. My group landed over 100 Smallmouth many very nice ones up to 18 inches. The Smallmouth are fairly shallow so many shallow water techniques are working now. Walleye Fishing has been ok but not great, with the lower water temps that should change shortly. Fall is the premier time to Fish the Susquehanna I have a few available dates so book now.
