Trip Summary

Off this afternoon with the Bailey crew.Wind was howling outta the S/W and is suppose to be worse tomorrow. W tried the Ocean for a bit but the fishing was alot better in the channels and sound. Trolling for Bluefish was off the charts.We were also looking for the Red Drum & Cobia’s from the tower while trolling .We didn’t see any but did see quite a few Big Sharks…Blacktips and Spinners cruising just out of casting range on the edges of some of the drop offs.Did hook one and it pulled off immediately. Thanks Guys..see ya next year.

Well is was blowing harder today than yesterday...North/West a steady 25 knots gusting to 30 plus at times. We anchored up in the white water at Cape Point for a while trying to catch a Drum...no Drum..Caught some Bluefish ...finally ended up in the Sound trolling and did OK on the Bluefish
