Trip Summary

Off this morning with the Williams crew on a Happy Crabber Trip. Weather was sketchy with alot of S/W wind and a few storms looming around us.But the good thing about this trip is…..we stay where it is calm. Started out catching Bluefish in the channels inside the Inlet and it was pretty good. After that we tried drifting for Flounders which wasn’t very productive so we cut that short in order to get to the crab pots before we were over taken by some storms…and the crabbing was good. Thanks guys

Well is was blowing harder today than yesterday...North/West a steady 25 knots gusting to 30 plus at times. We anchored up in the white water at Cape Point for a while trying to catch a Drum...no Drum..Caught some Bluefish ...finally ended up in the Sound trolling and did OK on the Bluefish
