Filling the coolers with Redfish

Trip Summary

The last several weeks, we've been catching limits and near limits every trip. We're finally starting to see a little salt water move in with the closing of the spillway. Live shrimp, when available, is key to getting the Reds to bite while the water temps are high. Countless numbers of undersized Reds are being caught all over. This is a great sign, as the Redfish population in our area continues to grow. As always, I recommend a full day trip for the best experience and catch.
