Trip Summary

The fly fishing has been full speed over the last couple weeks with the cooler water temps, perfect weather, and massive influx of small baitfish into the bay. 5-8wt rods with sinking lines and small clousers have been the key. Spotted Bay Bass, Shortfin Corvina, and Halibut have been the most common but there are always some Bonefish and other assorted Croakers around for those who put the time in. The weather forecast looks great for the foreseable future and now is a great time to get on the water!
