Paul and his friend George came out to Lake Catherine Island Marina and we had a good time as always. We had some pretty tough conditions with wind, muddy water, and a full moon. However, in a few hours they put 24 Speckled Trout on ice. The Trout bite was just starting to pick up when a school of Bull Reds came through giving us some drag pulling fun. After catching and releasing several we kept one for the grill. A few Bay Snapper and a Black Drum made it back to the table as well. Not bad at all for a day during the toughest month of the year.
