February 21, 2020 Homestead 6 photos & 1 video

Trip Summary

We left Flamingo Saturday February 15th and made it to Chokoloskee on Friday Februrary 21st. Along the way we stayed at South Joe River Chickee, Joe River Chickee, Graveyard Creek, Highland Beach, Wood Key, and Pavillion Key. We caught and ate fish every night. In the Joe we hooked one of the biggest Snook I've ever seen a true giant, at graveyard we caught many redfish, trout, and snook, along highland we hooked a nice 10lb triple tail and a 50lb black drum that broke off. Overall covered close to 100 miles. Weather was nice and hot for 5 out of the 7 days. Day 1 and Day 7 were chilly.
