May 15 thru June 4 update….What a sad,,,sad,,,state of affairs it has been Well to make a long miserable story short…..On May 16 the OBX opened up to the visitors just in time for a Tropical Storm…..OUTSTANDING…. between people cancelling trips because of the C-19 and the storm we lost May 15 thru May 23 Soooo on May 24 we finally got out on an all day light tackle bottom fishing trip with the Grissom crew and fishing was great. Had the Busby/Puma crew on May 25 & 26…..Cobia conditions were not good so we did the all day light bottomfishing trips and is was good Well after May 26 the cancellations because of the C-19 virus started pouring in again …and we were blessed with another Tropical Storm ……. We did get out for a while on the morning of May 31 with it blowing a gale on a Happy Crabber trip…..and blow out a steering line and had to come in early and it has pretty much blown 25 to 30 knots all the way through today June 4 It has got to get better soon…WOW..WOW …WOW what a winter and Spring…Any way the Island is open…restaurants are open……the fishing is good when we can get there……the only things that are bad is the weather and everyone freaking out about this C-19 virus HOAX….…..Come on down and have some fun……I’ll be standing by
