Trip Summary

Went out looking for shallow water Snappers and instead, ran into hungy schools of Banded Rudderfish! Wasnt what we expected but certainly were not disappointed. These guys fight HARD and taste amazing! You never know what the Gulf will give you!!

It has been very windy this spring but it hasnt stopped the Kingfish from making their Bi-Annual visit to out local beaches. We have been having some "big luck" using som "big baits". What an amazing fish out Creator made!

The breeze may have kept us off of the Gulf but the Bay was calm and the bite was "fire". Caught all kinds of fish and kept a table full of some of the best tasting fish in Florida - Snapper, Sheepshead and Key West "Grunts".
