Trip Summary

Fishing has been great here along the Crystal Coast. I had two anglers yesterday that wanted to chase false Albacore on fly. We caught several, a few on spinning gear which is always a blast too. The Albies were “sipping” bait which makes them difficult to get on but persistence pays off. At the end of our day there was a massive bluefish and blacktip/spinner shark frenzy near the shoals. Lots of nice 2-4lb blues on whatever you wanted to cast at them. Another great day at the Cape! Albies should keep getting better along with some speckled trout and redfish action inshore. Come out and lets go fish!
