Speckled Trout Migration
March 28, 2021 Port Sulphur 1 video

Trip Summary

The speckled trout are starting to migrate towards the beaches for the summer. Right now, we are still catching trout in the marshes, along with redfish. The water was still high as of 3/28/21, and the winds are still very high, as has been the case all month. If you want to get in on some speckled trout fishing, along with chasing big reds in the shallows, now is the time to go. Water temp was around 77 degrees. Winds are high... averaging in the teens everyday, with gusts to over 20 mph. Book a trip, and let's go!
