Trip Summary
Abby and Tom and their son Patrick came to Marblehead to visit their daughter Sarah who is stationed at the Marblehead Coast Guard Station.
They are very familiar with Saltwater fishing and wanted to experience a little Great Lakes fishing. We were only fishing for a short 3 hours and we boxed 18 Walleye. After a few rods were set, they had the understanding of the Offshore Inline Planner Board program.
We ran worm harnesses 2 ounce with Colorado blades. We also ran them on Dipsey 3 setting. Our leads on every rod was 40 back.
Since they were traveling they opted to donate their Walleye to Back to the Wild, which is a local wildlife rehabilitation and education center in located near the the marina. Their Eagles will be enjoying tasty Walleye thanks to the thoughtfulness of today's guests.
