Trip Summary

California to Costa Rica! Russ, Jeanene and their kids Colm & Nieve joined us yesterday aboard GOOD DAY for an Offshore Fishing adventure. We caught 2 Sailfish, pulled the hooks on a couple more & the guys a blast catching Dorados on a debris line. Catch report: 2 for 4 on Sailfish 11 Dorado 1 Tuna Heading back out there now!

Just finished day 2 today with Frank, Taylor & Grant from Virginia. Taylor was delighted to catch his dream Blue Marlin, a stunning fish of around 150lb which he caught on 30lb tackle on the PENN Fishing Fathom II’s. Grant caught his first ever Sailfish which we tagged for the Gray FishTag Research program & we added 5 nice Tuna to the haul capping off a great day on the water. 3rd & final day is tomorrow, wish us luck! ??
