Our trip was from 8AM-12PM. The wind prediction was way off, so I had to adjust to 2ft seas with a SW wind. We ran about 7 miles to a couple private artificial reefs. Caught lots of smaller red snapper on the first coop, then moved to another were we found some better sized snapper and big triggerfish. Bryan caught two excellent Black Snapper (Mangrove) that went into the fishbox for their Christmas dinner! The seas calmed throughout the trip amd we had a nice easy ride in. Warmer weather by mid-day with temps in the low 70's.
Bait used was mix of live and cut baits.
