Good afternoon anglers! This is Captain Dylan with AF Sportfishing, I want to check in and wish everyone a Happy New Year! As far as fishing goes, we have a few options for you currently to come out and enjoy a beautiful day in San Diego! Currently we are fishing half days and 3/4 days. Our half days locally are targetting Sand bass, Calico Bass, Sculpin and Halibut. Our 3/4 days are fishing the Coronado Islands and other water down below the border targetting Yellowtail, Rock cod, lingcod, and other bottom critters! We still have availability to go out and do some hoop netting for lobster! Our lobster trips head out in the evening hours pulling hoops for some California Spiny Lobster! Besides a few windy and cold days, the majority of our weather lately and in the future forecast has been norhing short of fantastic! Calm seas and hungry fish. Before you know it we will be setting up the gear to go target bluefin tuna as well! Now is the time to get on our schedule as trips are being booked fast!
