Fishing on the EL BUDSTER. Mark Keene and his wife, from Cambridge, Maryland, caught and released 2 WAHOO 15 to 18 LB.. They were caught by Los Cabos Arches, about 16-18 miles. They also caught a 20 LB. MAHI MAHI. The water temperature was 69-70 degrees.
