Trip Summary

Spring is upon us here in South Florida. It was a slow transition this year, the cold fronts are starting to become milder and the East wind is BLOWING! All tell-tale signs that spring is just around the corner. The wind definitely limits some of the areas we can fish but chances are if it's windy it'll most likely be sunny! The great thing about the Everglades is there's always a place to hide from the wind. This past week we've been sight fishing snook in shallow water out of the canoe, running far into the backcountry for redfish and snook, and chumming up the waters from some big bull sharks. It's been a blast can't wait to see what March has to offer.
