We had a great afternoon of spring fishing! The weather is warming the water up which is bringing in our warm water species. We caught a variety of fish today including redfish, pompano, trout, sheephead and jacks! We used a lot of bait and caught fish the entire trip. I wish all trips were this fishy!???

We’ve had a great Spring break with lots of hungry, hard fighting Sheephead feeding on live shrimp. Redfish have been mixed in and a few trout as well. It’s really starting to feel like Spring on the water now and that means Jacks and Mackerel should be showing up real soon and more numbers of trout just around the corner. This is a great time of year for lots of action and a good variety of species.

Our spring break has been very fishy ???. The sheephead have been thick, the reds are scattered but cooperative and the trout are just starting to show up right now. The trip we ran today was exceptionally fishy. With medium to light winds the fishing this time of year has great potential. Jacks will start to show up in the next couple weeks and burn up the drags on my reels. Looking forward to it! ??????????????
