Tim from England joined us yesterday aboard GOOD DAY for his 3rd day here at Marina Pez Vela We decided on an Offshore Reef day & went in search of bottom dwelling fish such as Snappers, AmberJacks, Pompanos etc using Jigs & Livebait’s, primarily fishing in **hidden content**’. Tim caught a nice Amberjack, a Yellowtail Snapper & a Silky Snapper all on Jigs and lost/missed a few more fish. We fished deeper up to 230’ for groupers on the Jig but no luck on that front & as the bite shut down we switched to trolling in the afternoon and within 5 minutes had a nice little Blue Marlin hooked up. Tim’s 3rd Marlin in recent days with us after his two Striped Marlin on the previous trips & all of which were tagged for Gray FishTag Research Catch Report: 1 Blue Marlin 1 Amberjack 2 Snappers There was a nice Marlin bite going on in the area with some boats releasing multiple Marlin yesterday which was great to see. Heading back out there today for Tim’s final day
